A top rural cop addressing a community as `dogs' while talking to an unknown ani mal rights activist from Delhi has taken the social media by storm. The audio clip between the Superintendent of Police, Tapi (Vyara), M K Nayak and animal rights leader hit the social media on Monday afternoon. While talking on cow slaughter, Nayak addressed the minority community as dogs.
