25 Muslim prisoners in UP's Barabanki join Navaratra fast

Faizabad (UP):At a time when nstances of religious ntolerance have suddenly started cropping up all around, there is no dearth of stories of nter-faith camaraderie, too.Setting a unique example of communal harmony, Muslim prisoners at Barabanki district ail are observing a nine-day fast on the occasion of Navaratra along with Hindu prisoners. The ail administration is making all arrangements like fruits and other `falaahar' eaten during Navaratra for both Hindu and Muslim prisoners.
There are over thousand nmates at Barabanki jail.
