Two groups clash in northeast Delhi

Description

Two groups clashed over a minor issue in northeast Delhi's Nand Nagri on Wednesday evening. One person sustained head injuries and was admitted to hospital, police said.
A large contingent of police force was rushed to the area to bring the situation under control. A team of central forces, which is already deployed in Trilokpuri, was also put on alert.
