Scuffle leads to clash, 1 held in Muzaffarnagar

MEERUT: A children’s minor altercation turned into a communal clash in Valipura village of Muzaffarnagar district, resulting in injuries to at least four people from both communities.
Police have made an arrest and heavy f orce has been deployed in the village to prevent escalation of the matter.
“It was a minor scuffle and we have arrested one person,” said SP (crime) Rakesh Jolly, adding “members of one group have given a complaint in which they have claimed injuries to four people.
