Bengal church broken into, vandalized

Unidentified persons vandalized a church at Taherpur in West Bengal's Nadia district, police said on Friday .Miscreants entered the St Thomas Catholic Church in an attempt to steal valuables, Nadia superintendent of police Bharatlal Meena said.The church's caretaker found on Friday morning that the main door was ajar and a few belongings and the ciborium were broken and thrown outside, the police said.http://epaperbeta.timesofindia.com/Article.aspx?eid=31804&articlexml=Bengal-church-broken-into-vandalized-12072015010024
