Fake encounter cop Chudasama promoted Ahmedabad

Gujarat government promoted 1999 batch IPS officer Abhay Chudasama, who is an accused in the Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter case, to the rank of a deputy inspector general of police (DIG) on Monday. Chudasama currently serves as SP in the State Monitoring Cell in Gandhinagar.
