VHP to bar non Hindus from Garba venues

Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) has made it clear that it would not allow any non-Hindu to enter the venue of Navaratri celebrations without undergoing ‘purification’ process by drinking cow urine and putting vermillion on their forehead.
